Moto G15 for $179.99 (as of today) vs. newer phones! Are specs getting misleading?
I came across the Moto G15 and was surprised by what you get on paper for a budget phone: 256GB storage, a 5,200mAh battery, 50MP camera, FHD+ display and Android 15.
But it got me wondering: when you compare these numbers with newer phones from the big brands like Samsung, Apple, Google, Xiaomi and Motorola, how much do specs actually tell us anymore?
Would you choose a phone like this based on the numbers alone, or are things like the processor, software updates, camera processing, display refresh rate and real-world performance much more important?
Curious what everyone thinks. What specs do you actually look at when deciding whether a phone is a good deal?
