my favouritee spot to do work is icha tea on spadina. it's super close to kensington market where all the cool thrift stores are, and there's a back room where you can do work! if you need a quick go-to spot, i'd recommend dark horse cafe! it's a hugee franchise, but there's always a lot of open work spots :)
