If you want to use a whole 473-500ml, the rest of the ingredients don't have to be altered, but the structure of the cream will be finer. I was making this to go between the "Sheet Pan Everything" chocolate chip cookie, as a layered dessert. It actually held up pretty well, but would try more cream cheese next time to give it more oomph. Very easy to pipe though.
